Compressed air system – air suspension system: Air shock absorbers and Air Spring are key elements in the vehicle’s air suspension system.

The main task of shock absorbers is to suppress vibrations and shocks that occur during driving. These shock absorbers control the movement of the Air Spring, ensuring smooth lowering and raising of the vehicle body. Thanks to this, air suspension shock absorbers have a key impact on driving comfort, driving stability and safety.

Air springs are another essential component in an air suspension system. They play the role of supporting and maintaining the proper height of the vehicle. Air Springs are flexible cushions filled with compressed air, which are located between the vehicle body and the axles. Supplied compressed air allows you to adjust the height of the suspension and adapt it to driving conditions, load and driver preferences. Air Springs absorb road irregularities, providing greater ride comfort and protecting other suspension components and the vehicle body.

Suspension height sensors monitor the current vehicle height level. They provide information to the suspension control system, which, based on the received data, takes appropriate action to maintain the set suspension height or adjust it depending on driving conditions.

All of these components – air suspension shock absorbers, Air Spring and suspension height sensors – work together to provide a stable and precise air suspension. Motion control, height adjustment and suspension level monitoring are key aspects of air suspension system operation that affect ride comfort, handling stability and vehicle safety.
